NOTICE TO THE COMMUNITY: TRANSITION TO PAPERLESS BOARD AGENDAS

Effective Immediately

In our ongoing effort to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and lower administrative costs, the Board has officially adopted a paperless policy for all Regular Board Meetings.

Physical agenda packets will no longer be printed for distribution at meetings. Instead, agendas will be made available to the public through the following channels:

• Online Access: Posted directly to our official website.

• Physical Posting: Printed and posted on the public bulletin board at the Arivaca Post Office.

• Direct Email: Board members will receive their copies via email.

We appreciate your cooperation and support as we make this environmentally friendly transition.
