DISCLOSURE STATEMENT
STATEMENT OF LOCATIONS WHERE ALL NOTICES OF THE MEETINGS OF THE ARIVACA VOLUNTEER FIRE DISTRICT WILL BE POSTED
Pursuant to A.R.S.§ 38-431.02, the Arivaca Volunteer Fire District hereby states that all notices of the meetings of the Arivaca Volunteer Fire District and any of its committees and subcommittees
will be posted
A) On our website -
B) Arivaca Post Office, 17245 West 5th Street, Arivaca, Arizona
in the lobby on the bulletin board for the Arivaca Volunteer Fire District. The lobby is open 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday - Sunday
C) Arivaca Volunteer Fire District, 16091 West Universal Ranch Road, Arivaca, AZ.
The notices and minutes will be posted in the display box located outside the entrance door. The box is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Such notices will indicate the date, time, and place of the meeting and will include an agenda or information concerning the manner in which the public may obtain an agenda for the meeting.
